Regarding Changes in Coverages and Benefits with Your New Personal Car Policy

Dear Valued Customer,

We want to inform you about important updates from State Farm regarding their systems and policies that may affect you:

  • New Policy Number: A few weeks before renewal, your auto policy will get a new number, so previously signed forms must be re-signed with the updated number.

  • Paperless Communications: State Farm is transitioning to a paperless system. Please send us an email or text with your authorization to opt in to receive communications directly from State Farm electronically.

  • New Fees (Effective your renewal): Late payments will incur a $10 fee, and returned payments will be charged $25.

  • Billing: Depending on your policy types and renewal dates, you may see separate charges for each policy. However, your total monthly payment amount should remain unaffected.

  • Undisclosed Drivers (Effective your auto renewal): State Farm will no longer cover any person driving your vehicle who is not listed on your policy. If you need to add a driver, please contact us as soon as possible. Failure to disclose drivers may result in denial of coverage.
