"Hi Mrs. Peña,

Thank you for your patience. I’d like to clarify what happened regarding your refund.

The payment was processed through our office. After that, it appears your bank reversed/cancelled the payment following a request made to them. Once the reversal occurred, State Farm was required to return the funds to your bank. Because State Farm never ended up keeping the money, there isn’t a refund balance available for us to issue.

If you’d like, you can contact your bank to confirm the reversal/cancellation date and any reference information.

If you see anything different than what I’ve explained, please reach out to me directly at ivan@myagentivan.com. I’m happy to schedule an appointment to review your file and work with you to resolve this. I also did try contacting you as well.
